And when I go back to the License Authorization Wizard, it still says “No licenses found for IBM SPSS Statistics” at the first screen (even after having run it with the new authorization code a few different times, each seeming to work). When I run the License Authorization Wizard and try this new code, it seems to work, saying “successfully processed all codes.” However, when I then try to run SPSS, I still get the “Error # 2072” message. So I contacted SPSS and they sent me a new authorization code. *Authorization failed.: You are not allowed to generate any more new licenses. Yesterday I tried to run the License Authorization Wizard and got the following error: *End of job: 38 command lines 1 errors 0 warnings 1 CPU seconds* >There was an unanticipated problem with the license for this product. Now when SPSS loads, it will not let me open any files. ![]() (I know it is technically not supported on High Sierra but I need to keep using version 23 for the time being until I can upgrade to 25). In the process of updating my computer (MacBook Pro) to OS High Sierra, I deleted and re-installed SPSS 23.
